Your QuestionCreated on 2010-02-02 18:51:02 with 126 views. Q: Why was my subscription canceled? A: Changes to your PayPal account such as switching banks or expiring credit cards will cancel your subscriptions. This is a not something we have control over.
To restart your subscription, follow these steps:
1) Log into your SRC or SSRC account.
2) Select the membership you want to resubscribe to.
3) Click the purchase/process order button.
4) Complete the payment process.
IMPORTANT! If you were paying a different rate than our current price, please submit a ticket.
Include the product you were subscribed to & the username for the account so we can verify the details and create a coupon for you.
If it has been more than 30 days since the cancellation, you must resubscribe at the current price.
